Administration Assistant


 

We are looking for an experienced, positive, confident person to join our care home based near Feltwell

Previous Care experience is beneficial.

You will provide administrative support to the senior management team.

As an Administrator, your Key Responsibilities are:

· Excellent telephone manner and either handle the caller’s request or query or direct calls to the most appropriate person. Assist with message taking and pass on to the relevant staff member if necessary.

· Prepare and file client records, employee files & employee induction / training records.

· Update the homes filing & computer database.

· Attend, participate and minute taking required for staff meetings etc.

· Provide administrative support to other members of the team, such as:

· filing

· pulling of records

· word processing

· copying

· preparation of documents

· shredding

Key Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook & Excel) is highly desirable.

Previous Care Home Administration experience is beneficial.

Previous Care experience is beneficial.

We would like for the successful candidate to be either working towards or gained an Administration Qualification NVQ Level 2 or higher.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: £11.00 per hour
